R.S. Restorations (also known as RSR) is a classic car and truck shop founded by Zach Simms, who has been working on automobiles and engines for over 20 years. Zach's passion for classic cars and trucks was inspired by his Grandpa and Dad, Ralph Simms, whose names make up the "R.S." in the shop's name. RSR quickly gained notoriety on Instagram from the C10 build known as "Black Dice".

Growing up in southern Illinois, Zach spent countless hours working on cars with his family, learning the ins and outs of these beautiful machines. He has been living in the Middle Tennessee area since 2004 and recently founded RSR to pursue his passion full-time.

At RSR, we are committed to building classic cars and trucks with class and integrity. We understand that each classic ride has its own unique story and work closely with clients to ensure that their vision for their ride is brought to life in a way that is authentic and true to the vehicles's history. We focus on details, efficiency and innovation without sacrificing quality in every build.

From suspensions, engines, modern upgrades, to facilitating custom paint jobs, RSR has the expertise, connections and resources to get your classic car or truck where you want it to be. Zach takes pride in his work and is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service and quality.

At the shop we focus primarily on pre 1973 makes and models, with the exception of some later model Ford trucks (up to 1979) and Chevy trucks (up to 1998).
