Returns/Refunds
At R.S. Restorations, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here's our policy regarding returns and refunds:
Return Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original shipping charges (if applicable). To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@rsrbuilds.com within 15 days of your purchase date.
Return Process: Upon contacting us, one of our Customer Care Representatives will guide you through the return process. Please note that returns will not be accepted after the 15-day period has elapsed.
Retail Purchases: If your product was purchased through an R.S. Restorations distributor or retailer, you must return or exchange the item with the original purchase location.
Lost Packages
In the unfortunate event that a package is lost after shipment, R.S. Restorations will not be held responsible if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered to the specified address. However, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship the order upon its return.
Product Defects & Damaged Packages
We understand the importance of receiving your order in perfect condition. Therefore, we allow five days from the date of delivery for you to notify us of any product defects or damage to the package during transit. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the products in good condition upon delivery.
